Adapting to climate change is crucial for achieving Sustainable Development Goal 13, which directly addresses the carbon footprint by calling for urgent action to combat climate change, strengthen climate resilience, and integrate climate measures into State/National policies. The GHG emission reduction is salutary to attain the SDGs 7(affordable and clean energy), 8 (decent work and economic growth),15 ( life on land) and it depends on the sector and the type of project carry on. Overall, the significance of the SDGs has grown rapidly in recent years, and their social, economic, and environmental benefits strengthen society’s support for carbon offset projects.
